Waterfalls & Water Gardens

Most waterfall landscape designs descend into a garden pond before being filtered and pumped back to the top of the hill.  We can incorporate an existing hill, or build up a river path for the water to fall over rocks and ledges.

Rather than collect in a pond, the water from a pond-less waterfall flows down a bed of river-stones into a gravel stone to recirculate.

New Milford CT Landscaping

Water, whether still or in motion, has so great an attraction for the lover of nature, that the most beautiful landscape seems scarcely complete without it.

stunning transformations

Silverback Sanctuary: A formerly unusable backyard space with a steep, difficult to mow lawn has been converted to a natural stream, complete with native moss-covered field stone. The stream ends at a small koi pond above an intimate patio, firepit, and dining area, making for a truly relaxing gathering space complete with the sound of flowing water.

Southern New Milford Stream: A shaded side yard on a hillside was artfully converted to a combination stream and seating area. An added bonus to this installation is the clever concealment of a large pool pump, filters, and electrical service panels for a lower swimming pool. This is a “pondless waterfall” design where the stream concludes over river rock/gravel and returns to the top.

We believe everyone everywhere benefits from a connection with nature.
